A track of free seminars will be offered at Multisport World featuring experts in their respective field. Seminars will begin at 10AM in the auditorium of the JCC Manhattan and run until 4PM. Anchoring seminars at the NYC event will be a session led by Coach Troy Jacobson. Coach Troy is widely recognized as one of the top coaches in the United States for single sport and multisport alike. He is founder of the best-selling Spinervals DVD workout series and currently serves as the National Director of Endurance Sports Training for Lifetime Fitness.

Movement preparations are dynamic body motions which lubricate the spine and extremities and wake up supportive muscle groups. Static stretching prior to physical exertion can weaken soft tissue structures leaving an athlete more vulnerable to injury.
