Our Mission, Our Events

Multisport World Conference and Expo is a production of Sun Multisport Events, an event management company based in eastern Massachusetts. Our mission is to create events for the multisport athlete that are high in quality and deliver an all around valuable experience. We recognize that our events would not be possible without the support of our volunteers and sponsors and strive to deliver to them an equally valuable event day experience. We are triathletes with a passion for the sport who look to share our enthusiasm with the entire triathlon community in an effort to contunue to see the sport grow and prosper.

Sun Multisport Events also produces the CRANBERRY TRIFEST. The Cranberry Trifest is a weekend of racing for both kids and adults. On Saturday, August 29, 2009, we'll have the inaugural Cranberry sprint distance triathlon to be followed by a kids duathlon. On Sunday, August 30th, we'll have the 8th annual Cranberry intermediate distance race, an event that has sold out each of the last 5 years. Cranberry Trifest offers safe and scenic races and great post-race festivities including a barbecue, live music and valuable giveaways from our sponsors. Sun Multisport Events also produces the PATRIOT TRIATHLON, Massachusetts' premier half iron distance triathlon consisting of a 1.2 mile swim, 58 mile bike and 13.1 mile run. The Patriot will be held Saturday, June 20, 2009 in East Freetown, MA. Cathedral Camp, site of the Patriot, is situated on the shores of beautiful Long Pond and is surrounded by miles of country roads making it an ideal setting for a long distance triathlon.
