Lisa Bentley is a professional triathlete and 11x Ironman Champion with victories at Ironman Australia (5x), Canada (3x), New Zealand (2x) and Germany making her one of the most successful triathletes in the history of the sport. Diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, Lisa is an inspiration for what can be accomplished with dedication, hard work and a winning attitude. Dr. Kathy Coutinho is a board-certified Doctor of Chirpractic Medicine and owner of Positively Chiropractic located in Annandale, VA. Dr. Kathy is also certified as an Applied Kinesiologist, as a Chiropractic Sports Physician and as an Active Release Technique provider. Dr. Kathy's specialty is sports medicine, as she herself is an avid competitor of mountain biking and off-road triathlon through XTERRA. Dr. Kathy will present the seminar, "Sports Injury Care and Prevention"
Ken Glah is 6x Ironman winner and competitor in a record 25 consecutive Ironman World Championships in Kona. Ken is currently the owner of Endurance Sports Travel, a company formed to help triathletes and their families enjoy the experience of traveling to races outside their home country and currently serves events in Brazil, New Zealand, St. Croix, Austria, South Africa and others. Ken will co-present the seminar, "Trip Preparation and Tapering for Your Destination Triathlon" with Bill Hauser.

David Glover, CSCS is a Certified USAT Triathlon and USA Cycling Coach, author, ironman athlete and owner of ENDURANCEWORKS, LLC. David has a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy and MSE from Catholic University while currently pursuing an MS in Applied Performance Physiology through Eastern Michigan University. David has completed 26 Ironmans (PR 8:51, Quelle Challenge '07) and authored the book, Full Time and Sub-Nine: Fitting Iron Distance Training into Everyday Life. David also writes a regular column for DC-Tri Magazine, "The Athlete's Edge". David will give co-present the seminar, "Testing for Total Performance" with Krista Schultz and give a workshop, "Training for 140.6 Miles: Tips and Techniques from a Sub-9 Hour Triathlete".
Bill Hauser is a Level II USAT certified coach, Head Triathlon Coach for the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training Program and founder and head coach of Mid-Atlantic Multisport. He was selected to the 2001, 2002 and 2003 Triathlon All-American Teams by USA Triathlon and represented the United States at the 2002 Long Course World Championships in Nice, France. He has competed in the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii three times and has run nearly 20 marathons around the world. Bill will co-present the seminar, "Trip Preparation and Tapering for Your Destination Triathlon" with Ken Glah.
Kerri Kramer possesses a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) and is currently pursuing her transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) and Manual Therapy Certification (MTC). Owner and Founder of Fast Track Physical Therapy, she has worked in the orthopedic outpatient setting since 2000 with a primary focus in sports medicine and biomechanical analysis. Kerri is also a column writer on injury prevention for Tri-DC Magazine and will give the seminar, "Better, Stronger, Faster: The Benefits of Strength Training for Triathletes".
Dr. Donna Marzo is a a USA Triathlon Certified Coach, Sport Psychologist (Certified Consultant, AASP) and owner of MindMuscle: sport performance consulting. Listed in the U.S. Olympic Committee's Registry for Sport Psychology, Dr. Marzo has been helping her clients achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals by building strong minds and strong bodies for nearly 15 years. She is an avid runner and triathlete and competes regularly, understanding the rigorous demands of training and competition, while maintiaing a positive life-balance. Dr. Marzo will present the workshop, "100% Performance: Integrating Physical and Mental Conditioning for Peak Performance".
Ken Mierke is the head coach for Fitness Concepts and holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology with Minors in Nutrition, Psychology and Biology. A 2x ITU World Champion himself, Ken's clients have won 6 World Championships and 29 National Championships. He is also the author of The Triathlete's Guide to Run Training, Lean for a Lifetime: The Athlete's Guide to Losing the Last 10 Pounds and Evolution Running: Run Faster and Further Without Injury. Ken will present the seminar, "Lean for a Lifetime: An Athlete's Guide to Losing the Last 10 Pounds"
Steven Munatones is a former professional marathon swimmer, 2x USA Swimming national open water swimming champion and inductee in the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame. He has been a coach at multiple World Swimming Championships, was the Olympic 10k Marathon Swim commentator for NBC and has written more than 75 articles on the topic of open water swimming. He created www.SwiMetrics.com, www.10kswim.com, www.virtual-swim.com and the www.thewaterisopen.com. Steven will present the seminar, "The Tactics of Open Water Swimming".

Krista Schultz, CSCS is a certified by USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, NSCA (CSCS and CPT) and USA Weightlifting. She has a BS and MEd in Exercise Physiology and is owner of Total Performance, an endurance sports testing and performance studio. She regularly speaks at camps and seminars and is also an instructor for the She Does Tri Triathlon Camps for Women (www.shedoestri.com). As a competitive triathlete, Krista has qualified and competed in the Ironman World Championship, represented Maryland for the Best of the US Championship (2006-2008) and achieved USA Triathlon All-American status four times. Krista will give co-present the seminar, "Testing for Total Performance" with David Glover and lead the workshop, "The First Time Triathlete: What Every Woman Should Know"
