The Toga Indoor Bike Time Trial... test your cycling endurance and speed in this race for both individuals and teams!

Set up on the Multisport World NYC expo floor, the Toga Indoor Bike Time Trial (TT) offers great off-season competitive bike racing for multisport athletes looking for an early season test of their endurance -- and a chance to win some awesome prizes. Here's how it works...

Participating athletes will be on bikes hooked up to one of the Computrainers provided (see images below) and race a 10k course. Computrainers simulate the real feel of riding on the road with increased tension when hill climbing and decreased tension on descents. The bikes on Computrainers are lined up side by side and face a large screen showing the course profile, each rider's position on the course, and each rider's race data including distance, elapsed time, and power. Looking at the screen you'll see when the next hill is coming and just how far you have to the finish.

No bike? No problem! Athletes in the TT can bring their own bike or use one of the bikes made available from Toga Bikes in partnership with Specialized (test out the Shiv!). If you plan to use one of the Specialized bikes you just need to bring your own pedals and cycling shoes (or you can just wear sneakers, but that's not really a great set up for a TT).
